Our team of Architecture and Design JLG ARCHITECTURE carries out all the architectural projects through high-technology software such as Virtual Reality and photo-realistic computer graphics or the Building Information Modelling (BIM), obtaining an accurate final result.
Master Plan and Draft
Execution of the possible architectural solutions by means of plans, sketches, 3D models and photo-realistic computer graphics, to advise the client on the real estate project they want to carry out, including advice on the best implementation solution on the land to be developed.
Basic Project
(Plans, PEM [Execution budget], Parameters, Visas-Association, LOM [major works licence]). Development of the Basic Project, preparation of the Material Execution Budget, definition of building parameters, Visas and management to obtain the Works Licence from the local administration.
Excution Project
(Report, Compliance with CTE [Construction Technical Code], Constructive Definition, Calculation of Installations, Calculation of the Structure, Plans, Specifications, Measurements and Quote). Drafting of the Execution Project. Compliance with the Construction Technical Code in force and study of the Energy Efficiency. Preparation of the Contract Specifications, as well as the measurement and calculations on the works to be performed.
Works Management
Exhaustive monitoring during the course of the works by means of on site visits, to establish control and compliance with the design, calculations and drafting of the Execution Project.
